Do your rackets come pre-strung?
Most of our performance rackets are sold unstrung to allow for custom tensioning, while our recreational models typically come pre-strung from the manufacturer. Check the 'Stringing' section on the product description for specifics.
What is your return policy for used equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in original, unused condition with tags attached. Once a racket has been used or custom-strung, it is no longer eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is present.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. If you opt for our professional stringing service, please allow an additional 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.
Do you offer a warranty on professional rackets?
Yes, all our rackets are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects. Please note that string breakage and normal cosmetic wear from play are not covered under warranty.
